"I walked in with a toddler needing a restroom. It was locked. I asked the very young boy working the cash register to open it please. He said i had to spend money first. I said we were not hungry, it was an emergency. The manager walked by hearing the entire conversation. Did not matter. We left. Never to return. Been going to this Jack n the box for years. Not anymore."

"I came to Jack after a long day of sticking it to the man at the Courthouse up the street. First, you could bounce a quarter of these floors and tables! They were sparkling clean. The staff was patient and accommodating with me while I finagled my way through the rewards app for a solid 20 minutes. After all my effort spent on the app, I came to find out that my beverage of choice was no longer on the menu. Jack always does this to me....I sincerely thought this time it would be different and they would hold onto my thirst quenching first pick. Begrudgingly, I went to the register preparing myself for whatever subpar second choice beverage I would have to succumb to. THEN MY BOY (younger gentleman, short dark hair, polite, accommodating, cheerful, hard-working, attentive. Short name...maybe four letters lol I'm bummed my memory has deceived me.) working the register helped me create my caramel creamaccino, through innovation and strife to please the customer, my boy got it done. Kudos. To toss a big fat cherry on top, he made it so perfect I almost cried in delight. Sometimes the Jack's employees get a little overzealous with the ice and a little stingy with the cream base/whipped cream. Not my boy!¡! He nailed it. I was so pumped up. He went out of his way to accommodate my needs while simultaneously not crossing any company lines, charged me appropriately, used materials they already had, did so with the touch of a master barista, and finally was an absolute peach throughout. 11/10! My guess is this is his first job or one of his first couple jobs...he might be in school still...if so a big round of applause to this young all stars parents. You raised a good one....and he's holding up those values when you aren't around. Which is a sign of excellent character. GET THIS GUY A RAISE! all in all a hugely fantastic experience, stellar employees, excellent customer service, clean as a whistle, A+ batista skills, welcoming dining room 5/5!"

"I ordered via doordash and was called by doordash that another dasher (not mine) took my food. Jack employees DID NOT want to remake it , so my dasher waiting there had no option but to leave. I had to wait another HOUR for my new order. KEEP IN MIND, I am 4 months pregnant. This was nonetheless ridiculous, obnoxious, absurd, most importantly unprofessional. The person in charge did not want to remake an order THEY gave away."

"I have given this place many chances but yet over and over they always mess up my order. Something has been made wrong or missing every single time. I just picked up an office order today and they forgot 4 items. I had to drive all the way back to get them. Their customer service is always unprofessional, corporate really need to go to this location and organize it. It’s expensive and on top of it I waste gas driving back to have my order corrected."

"Hey it’s Jack in the box, what do you expect!? We took advantage of the promo free Jumbo Jack / home run/Padres promo and only bought this time the required large ( $2.99 ea) drinks. So for $6.50 two burgers and drinks. A good burger ( my wife likes them) but if I was choosing I’d still go to our go to In-N-OUT Burger who’s burgers are still the best tasting fast food burger of them all!"
