"Ordered with the Kiosk inside, there were zero people in their and it still took 10 minutes for them finally to ask if we had ordered drinks and what they were. 5 minutes after that we got our food with a "free taco" coupon for the wait. Only half of the food we ordered was in the bag, the other stuff was random. A hard shell and a soft shell taco and crunch wrap? I had ordered 2 potato tacos and the new chicken crunch thing. That's not even close. For an empty lobby that's not an acceptable wait time."
"It took 15 minutes to get a number 1 combination. The counter person was not there to take customer's order. The taco assemblers in the back were arguing with each other. No one was in control of the restaurant. I will not go back to Taco Bell again. Del Taco is much better."

"They take 15 minutes to get your food out, they can't get your order right. A crunchwrap has no crunch. How can anyone get that wrong? It's not rocket science. Ridiculous. Gave them so many chances. And they can't even answer the phone. Probably cause they know it's complaints. FAST FOOD WORKERS DON'T DESERVE $20 AN HOUR. DONE WITH THIS TACO BELL. DONE WITH ALL FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS. BUT THIS TACO BELL ON PLAZA HAS IDIOTS WORKING."
