Sizzler 3805 Plaza Drive, Oceanside, CA 92056

"I was excited that I found a Sizzler, I’m new to Oceanside. My first visit was great. My second not do good. The restaurant was a little busy but not bad. Found a table no problem. Found a hair in my salad. The soups were not marked so you didn’t know what you were getting. Have no idea what else they had at the salad bar because it was always empty, and I went up several times. Always empty! Desert? Always empty. Paid $20 for that salad bar and didn’t really even get to eat. Hair in my salad, I didn’t want salad again! Mystery soup! And really can’t tell you what else I missed because there was never anything there to see. Really bad experience!!!!!"

"Sizzler has really gone downhill as of late, but not this store. The salad bar is good with lots of selections. They were really light in the service though, way under staffed. Two servers handled the whole dining room. They did their best but it was busy on a Sunday lunch. Not the servers fault. Every thing else was as you would expect from a Sizzler."

"Went on June 2023 at night with 4 kids. My ribs where very good, my husband's steak was good. The coconut shrimp and other kind of flavored shrimp weren't that good (I wouldn't order them again). Lobster was mehh. Unlimited salad bar was delicious so where the chicken wings. The ice cream at the end was okay. Kinda expensive but I would definitely go there again with my husband and leave the kids at home next time! Our server (a older gentleman) was the nicest waiter I've had in the longest time, my kids even told me they liked him. The hamburger in the picture was from the kids menu, my son had eaten most of the fries by the time I took the picture. The other hamburgers looked bigger and better. Before I forget, the buttered bread they give you while you wait is delicious! I ate some bread with some soup. We where full by the time the food got there. Took a lot of leftovers home."

"This Sizzler is what a real American-style family restaurant should be—wholesome, high-quality, comfortable, and affordable. It has a wonderful selection at the hot foods, salad, and dessert bar, though I'd wish that they'd had more hot foods and choices there...but then again, that was just me. However, the steaks and burgers there are truly a crowd-pleaser. I recommend it for families and diner aficionados alike! Two thumbs up."
