"Purchased a dress for an event . Paid over $60 for the dress also. Day of the event zipper was broken and not working. Never got to wear the dress to the event, had to go purchase a another dress for that night. I called customer service a week later they directed me to the store manager who wasn't helpful at all. I purchased Friday before Christmas and she told me because it's been a week they couldn't do anything and also all sales are final when purchased in store because you get to try on the clothes. What kind of policy is that. Moat people travel during tbe holidays, so for her to say because it's been a week really Through me. I thought the least they could do was exchange because I didn't even get to wear it. But the store manager want helpful at all I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this store."
