"My experience here was wonderful. Very efficient and fun- and I don’t use the word fun lightly because I usually hate trying on dresses. I didn’t have much time, so the friendly women in the front, who were very knowledgeable about stock and body types, helped me sift through the large inventory they had by going through styles on the computer screen. This was much better to me than going through racks and racks of dresses. And, they brought me the styles I chose in my size and I was able to quickly try on the dresses I initially liked. They were very responsive on WhatsApp, about any questions I had, and were able to help me find a great piece. I really appreciated their customer service and professionalism. I also went to Noel across the street, but ended up getting my dress here- much better service and stock in my opinion."
"I called ahead to ask which would be the best day to come into the store because I have two weddings coming up and need several dresses. One I am mother of the bride and another one. I am mother of the groom. I They told me to come in on Friday and I did. You’re spending over $1000 on a dress and you cannot get a sales person to just focus on you. They basically tell you to look through the racks find anything that you think you might like and then you can interrupt the sales person who’s waiting on three or four people at one time and ask them to get you the dresses. No I wanted to go into a fitting room, but she was helping to other customers. I left , I suggest you do the same or better yet do not go there at all."
"Horrible service. I ordered a dress on line for over $1,000 and they shipped to me cause I live two hours away. After several emails and phone calls to return I decided to show up today thinking I could do a simple return. I learned that is not possible and I have to wait for the store manager Claudia. I would not recommend this place at all."
