"The two young girls working were super nice and helpful but the older Asian woman was very rude yelling at me when I asked for help with an item."

"I went to exchange a pants and a shirt. So I was changing the clothes for another since they don't do refunds,the lady charged me full price for the new set I wanted and wanted to keep my money from my last cost when I wanted to pay the difference and the security was onto me while shopping and treated me as if I was doing something wrong. They stole me money and didn't want to give me back my old recipets to show them the difference. Costumer service was the worse,A young girl treated me as if I was dumb and literally mocked my language and called me stupid in other words. She kicked me out and the security kept getting into my business with the girl I was talking to and they just wasted my time."

"⚠️ WARNING: don’t buy dresses here or anything tight… they tell you that you have a day to return on dresses, but what they DONT tell you is that all exchanges are FINAL SALE… and the fitting rooms are CLOSED. I spent over $70 and only got one item I liked worth $12. Such a waste of money. This return policy should be illegal. If they would have told me that any and all exchanges are final sale no matter what the item, I would have laughed in their face and never purchased anything. I am NEVER going there again"

"I worked there I didn’t even finish the three month probation because the manager (Helen) discriminated me and only me and when I told her that I didn’t like the way she treated me she said “I don’t care”. She treated me very different from all the other workers. The workers were great! The manager would always yell at me and only me for no reason she would say that she stress, but that’s no excuse for the way she treated me. Today December 10,2021 the manager wouldn’t let me help a customer out because I was cleaning, mind you there was only two workers when that happen. That’s not good customer service and the customer witness the manager mistreating me and the customer told the manager that she treats me like a slave."
