"Great Riblets as always! Must say that it's kind of frustrating that I had to order my own drink & food vua the table "gamer/menu" tablet-thingy... my server was too busy at the bar with other customers.. she was nice tho' but I still tipped her because she brought my food & drink....I did call for her once for a refill also via that table tablet-thingy.. my drink needed refilling. Otherwise, satisfactory lunch"

"Yesterday, Feb 15, 2024 on TV there was a ad for $15.99 all you can eat. My husband & I have never been there so we went. After ordering our drinks, as the waitress walked by I asked her about the$15.99 special. She stated it stopped last weekend on Feb 11th. We said it was just on TV tonight, all she could say is sorry, it stopped. I decided to order a shrimp/chicken & asked her to just do shrimp because the chicken doesn't look good. She said no, she cant. I ordered it anyways because they were grilled shrimp & the others were breaded & fried. Husband got salmon. He had ordered a margarita, like me & he asked for another one, when a few minutes later I did the same thing, I was not told happy hour prices were over & mine was double the cost. The food was not what the pictures look like. My chicken was hard as a rock & my husbands salmon had no taste, he mentioned he doesn't like broccoli, dso she brought him fries instead. So now he has 2 potatoes . We wont go back there again."

"Went on Valentines Day. Very busy. Log lines. husband went to check in and host said 45min wait. So we went walking near by to stores. They notified is table ready. That was only 20 mins. We go in and our service was absolutely the best. Food was so good. Drinks were so good. Garrett was wonderful. Very helpful when i asked a question. He was very attentive. Would definitely be back."

"My husband and I went on a Friday night and it was like any other Applebees but not busy. We were seated right away by a friendly hostess, but the other waitstaff weren’t very friendly when taking our orders and checking on us. Our waitress seemed annoyed quite a bit. On the bright side, the food was delicious. We shared chicken wonton tacos as an appetizer and got a couple rounds of their specialty holiday drinks, then our main courses came. I got a bourbon chicken plate with mashed potatoes and my husband got chicken and shrimp alfredo and then we shared a “multiple pours” margarita. For the amount of drinks and food we got, it was worth it with the bill under a hundred dollars. Like I said, it was like any other Applebees but there wasn’t blaring music and a lot of people, just the warm low-key vibes."
