"Last week, Ryan Bishop and Juan performed the annual Maintenance on the new Heat Pump system Kelly installed one year ago. As I've come to expect from Kelly, the guys were the ultimate in professional practice. The same was true when Kelly installed the system. The team of four back then went "above and beyond the call of duty" in providing excellent service and making sure that all my needs were met. And as far as the new Daikin Heat Pump system is concerned, I couldn't be happier with it's functioning. It cools and heats with remarkable efficiency and quiet operation. "Juan, the technician from Kelly Heating & Plumbing came out today and serviced our HVAC system and was very professional about it. He texted me to tell us that he was on his and on time for the appointment. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the call and advised me about all that he was doing. He was very courteous and made to put covers over his shoes on entering the house. He did a very thorough inspection and was very responsive to my questions. Jim and Anna Kelly have developed a great customer friendly company. This is the second home they did for me. Both 100% satisfied. And my home stays warm in winter and cool in summer. "Exceptional company throughout. We recently converted our San Anselmo home from gas heat to a heat pump. Jim Kelly was thoughtful and thorough in describing our options with vents and zones. His crew, spearheaded by Mario and Eric, are as good as it gets. Prompt, professional, great communicators throughout the entire process, suggesting options and changes with full pros/cons, hardworking and very helpful. Terry and Fernando assisted wonderfully. Lastly, the Don and Anna are both pleasant and also very good communicators. It was a big decision to change out our system. We're very happy with the the service provided by Kelly Plumbing."
