"This was just like the department store I went to with my grandma in the town I grew up in. Lots of variety, convenient, really nice and knowledgeable salespeople. I was in Ojai 2 nights and went back several times for nostalgia and to support the type of business that used to be the backbone of small towns. Highly recommend (they also carry local and inexpensive products for souvenirs)"

If a special order is requested, they are prompt and "get it right" the first time. The merchandise is well selected and the range of sizes is very good.
