"this place needs to be shut down ASAP not only is this place unsanitary the management is terrible. that white bihh is very rude and condescending she shouldn’t be managing anybody. also there’s flies in the cajun mayo. not to mention i’ve heard the owner will pick up food off the ground and put it back to not be “wasteful” beware eating here or don’t. maybe the board of health and labor needs to look into this bc how can you run a store like this. HAVE SOME SHAME"

"I normally hate leaving negative reviews. Two things....from learning about this business from their employees. Be careful about eating here...they do not follow food safety procedures especially when maggots have been found. Another thing, do not work for this company either. The managers have zero clue at how to run an establishment and treat it like it's an extension of High School. Several employees have left due to the sanitation conditions and how they have been treated. They edit hours of their employees which is highly illegal and the Owners response is that he has good lawyers. As someone who has worked in the food industry and it has really burned my soul on how they mistreat their employees. These are the same people who will claim that no one wants to work while power tripping on them. This business is supposed to reflect the Firehouse of hard working men and women who fight so hard to keep people safe?! I would not recommend this business at all. This is after knowing about this business for the last 2 years and even trying their food. I have watched their employees as they interacted with each other. I gave it one star because there are no zero stars. I do hope they can clean up their business model, before they lose all their senior employees. New employees get mistreated and blamed for their lack of training while their managers are constantly late. Be careful about eating or working here."

"Went here yesterday night. Order 2 subs, one medium on wheat, Italian and one large on wheat build your own. They completely made the build your own wrong and I feel like it's because I asked for extra dressing on it and the employee gave me this off look. I'm so disappointed. It was my second time ever coming here and I'm never coming back again. I simply asked for chicken breast on wheat bread, added bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber and bell pepper. Substituted mayo and deli mustard for honey mustard & peppered ranch.. When I got my order it had white not wheat bread. They didn't add cucumber or bell pepper and didn't even add any dressing at all. It was around closing time so I couldn't go back... The Italian was made correctly but not the other one..."

"ordered my subs 30 minutes prior over the phone and when I got there they had no record of my order and I tried to talk to the manager she came out with the order ticket and refused to even speak to me. They had told me it would be ready in less than 15 minutes I gave them plenty of time and when my daughter called back she had the nerve to lie and say we had the order that is the exact opposite of what happened. I will never go there again!!! Not even an apology or anything Terrible service and management"

"Seems like subway sandwiches but better. Located in the plaza area next to Starbucks and Walmart. Parking in front. Paid about 10 or 11 bucks for a decent sandwich. I got the medium steak and cheese to go. One person working there on a quiet evening. Lots of pickup orders. Sandwich was cheesy and pretty good but smaller than I imagined for a medium. Pic is for half of the medium. Oh if your name is the name of the month or something they give u something."
