Albertos Mexican Food

"I purchased a 15$ plate of carne asada fries as I always do because usually the service and food is incredible. Unfortunately, 3 days ago my order was wrong. I noticed there wasn’t no beans (the main ingredient) it wasn’t, i spoke to the manager and he stated he would write my name down & I could grab them the day after or so, I took a picture of the food & kept the receipt. Last night I tried to swing by & they In fact did not replace my food nor give me a refund. This place is a family restaurant but, they have some youngins working shifts without any comprehension for great customer service nor a supervisor who could “potentially” help me. I wish i could give this mf place a zero."

"Do Not Eat at this place. The food here is not what it seems, I order a super nacho and it was very sad to the point I couldn’t eat it. The chips were soggy before I could even eat it I drove 3mins from this place and my nacho were cold and soggy. Spending a lot of money on this place to not get good food is ashamed. Not Having a drive way was telling me all I needed about this place sadly. 4 dollars for one taco is crazy they don’t put no onions, cilantro, and one give lemon like if should have is crazy. They don’t know how to cook."

"It hasn't been consistent for me ordering super fries. It's usually topped with guacamole, sour cream melting cheese and fresh fries. But this time around it was dry af, cheese wasn't the best fries overcooked and hard. Disappointed to say the least on this recent visit. You tell me, my fries wasn't looking very super. :("

"I ordered al pastor burrito and the meat is burned. I waited for about 20 my ins to get my food like that. That's unacceptable.. the cook should have made a new! Won't be coming here again... Please check your take out food before you leave the place."

"I walked in and the place was clean very open and my server was very friendly. I asked for a chicken burrito with grilled chicken instead of shredded chicken. She didn't mind making alterations to my order. The salsa was amazing the burrito is great and the tortilla seem like it was homemade so I had a whole another flavor to it that was amazing. The beans were bomb. I was pleasantly shocked to see that they offered wings. And that they had some really good discounts for happy hour. If I'm ever in the area I know where to stop to have some really good food."
