"Service was underpar, the food was average"
"Food was good , but the service was horrible . The greeter was kind to everyone but me . Had to flag the waiter down for more water after watching them refill others cups . I refused to tip , the server got really loud with me . I was followed outside of the restaurant and was sitting a block away and was around others and he approached the people sitting near me and told everyone outside I didn’t tip"
"Nice food, large quantity compare to its prize. Service is slow, but the server is nice, she doesn't speak much English though."
"Not as good as other Hong Kong restaurants. Service was slow. We found plastics in veggies. Decor looked unrenovated. Amex not accepted."
"Now Hing Long is close to home. Don't need to drive to San Bruno. It is the same location as the Champagne which qas closed. Menus are the same but the interior of the restaurant is much better. The chicken porridge is different than the one in San Bruno. A bit disappointed. I wish it is the same as they have at San Bruno."
