Panda Express

"I went to this restaurant because I was working nearby, I usually go to the one in Victorville which is closer to where I live and I must say their service difference is like night and day. I ordered half and half and their shrimp and also beef and broccoli, after I got my food on the container as if it was to go instead of the plate I went to wash my hands and then went to get the stand for my phone to my car before I started eating, as I sat down to eat I noticed that on the beef and broccoli I had literally only gotten two very small pieces of meat and the rest was just broccoli, lots of it, so I got up to tell the cashier whose's name is TRINITY, to my surprise she looked up me dead in the eyes and she told me, "well I think you already ate the meat", I said excuse me? She said, "yes I gave you the food a while ago and I saw you sitting down so I think you already ate it, I'll give you some more but I think you already ate it", I then declined to get more meat and sat down to eat. Now, I am a 43 year old man who owns his own business and if I wanted more meat I could just have bought another order, but in this case I was just asking for what I paid, which is BEEF and Broccoli, not just damn broccoli!...After reading the reviews something tells me this must be a franchise store and everything starts with the franchise owner, he probably has ordered the staff to put very little servings to get more profits. Also the bathroom was extremely dirty and all their tables were unclean and had soda residue, the floors were sticky and obviously the staff was very unprofessional. If you can avoid this particular store, I would recommend you do, this store is shamefully unlike other Panda Stores I have visited. And this young lady named TRINITY definitely needs to look for another career away from customer service; she has a very poor attitude and knows very little about customer service, although I must admit this probably comes from the management and the owner, this is probably her first job and she has been trained very poorly."

"Food is usually good, keep an eye on the egg rolls sometimes they may serve you ones that have been sitting around and soggy. Other than that the food is pretty good for fast Chinese food, but know this is Fast food."

"Waste of time. Watched my food get served and sit getting cold while they figured out a reward card issue. Instead of moving the line and taking gusts that didn't have a rewards card. They made everyone wait. When it came to my turn the cashier decided to help an online order who just walked in.... WHAT? Not today walked out and left my food. This 1 star will do."

"I have bought the same ones at other Panda express stores, but other stores would give me filled boxes. But this store always gives out less Entree and the boxes are never full? What I want is a family meal!!!not big plate!!!"

"What can you say it's fast food Chinese. The food is ok if you are craving American-style Chinese fast food. The selection is good. One thing people don't realize when you 1st come is that if an item looks like has been sold out, they will prepare a new batch. But you would have to wait for them to prepare it. This can be a bit annoying since they prepare items in small batches. There is a huge crew always cooking. This may seem great but in actuality, it isn't because of the wait time. I had the combination plate with a mix of different items. My daughter had the same with different items. we both gave it a 5/10. The atmosphere was very clean. The employees are friendly and nice. One majorly HUGE UPSET was a simple one. They had no chopsticks in the restaurant. It's unbelievable that a Chinese restaurant didn't have chopsticks. I guess it's because they are a true American-style Chinese restaurant."
