"This is absolutely WORST customer service I have EVER had. It was 9:30pm on Tue night. 1/2hr before closing. They had 6 people working. Only one person was allowed to help customers. The rest were too worried about cleaning to help. The line was 5 people deep. I stood behind one customer that was there 5 minutes before me. I waited for over 10 minutes. And we did not get served. So I left The manager came out and saw everything. Gave change to the girl behind the counter. And just left. Everybody kept cleaning. While customers were standing waiting I asked if anybody else could help. And they said no Terrible"

"The hours at this location do not reflect the availability to purchase food. Arrived at this location at 9:50 and there were almost no food options. I get that employees want to go home ASAP but don’t advertise hours you are open and then fail to provide service to customers during those hours."

"Forget trying to place a pick up order over the phone. Just spent 10 min talking to a robot for my order constantly having to correct it just for it to fail at the end saying “sorry I can’t help you at this time” No human would answer the phone. I was driving and wanted to expedite the pick up process by placing an order on the phone. I should not have to actually go in or place an order online for me to get my food. Just pick up the phone."

"Cheap quality food. Tried the new chorizo vegan meat and it tasted like chorizo. Taste-wise i cant tell it was vegetarian. This location is nice because theres a cool old school cinema next door."

"It looks like we have to look inside the bowl now before we leave with our lunch order. When I got to the Chipotle after 12:20, I saw that my order wasn't on the pickup table. I told one of the nice employees what happened, she said someone took my order by mistake which I said, No worries. I get it. Because random drivers would try to give me someone else's order they got from Chipotle sometimes too. I waited for a few minutes, the employee hands me my bag. I look through it to make sure it had a fork and I left. When I got back to my work, I see what I attached to this review... Random Tacos instead of my salad :( Management really needs to give this Chipotle more help because they always seem overworked when I decide to pick up here. I hope management acts on this. I hope the person who gets my order likes my brisket and chicken salad."
