"Exceeded my expectations. The Shoyu on fire was excellent. Flavorful and as expected spicy. One bowl was not enough. I guarantee you will love this place if you like ramen."

"Nearly $90 for 3 bowls of ramen and one tuna bowl, just to sit in the restaurant with the doors wide open. I had to ask the waitress to close the doors and turn the AC on. Why on earth are your restaurant doors open when it’s 90 degrees outside? My mother has lupus and is immunocompromised. She was so uncomfortable sitting in the heat, we had to leave before she finished her food. What about your elderly customers? You make them sit in the heat while they eat? Don’t get me wrong, the food is great. But I am so disappointed with my experience dining here. Please take better care of your customers."

"Service is great and the ramen is decent l. Glad it opened at the shoppes. Pork: great! Well seasoned with a soft melt side and a roasted side. Broth: on the soupy side. Good taste but watery. Need some more thickness to make the taste linger in your mouth Noodles: weakest part of the ramen. Good and has some bite. But closer to an instant noodles that the freshly made chewiness of some of the better noodles"

"If you're into ramen, the Tonkotsu broth is very similar in consistency and taste to Kopan. I did enjoy it and it hit the spot on the rainy day today. I took a star off cause the chicken wasn't evenly cooked. Some pieces were cooked to perfection, others were overcooked, and one I think was just slightly undercooked (though still cooked through and safe to eat, just texture wasn't there.) I might head back and see if the consistency has changed."

"Tried this place out tonight for dinner, Olivia was our waitress she was great. There was a 20 min wait it was Friday so not to bad for Friday night. For apps we had crispy chicken karaage and fried gyoza. Everything came out quick and hot, Gyoza I didn’t care for personally. The chicken was really really good crispy and tender on the inside. For entree we had the classic and the blaze meduim ramen,At first when I tried the blaze I thought ahh it’s not that good no flavor, but then I mixed in all the hot paste added some soy sauce it was pretty great I finished the whole bowl.I can say It was 5 out of 5 but next time I will get extra spicy.my husband had the classic and his was just as good. So all in all I had to give this place a 5 star rating from the service the appetizers and the soup everything was great. I Will be returning"
