"I waited for 45 minutes for my order. They skipped orders 10-20 because of a printer malfunction and proceed to complete orders 20- 40. the manager jacob was not apologetic and was a bit condescending and making sarcastic remarks when customers expressed their frustration. I can’t endorse such a disorganized location"
"【最高の店です。←Japanese: Best shop.】 We were in Anaheim on our honeymoon and it was recommended to us by a colleague so we visited. The potatoes were the best, the best I've ever eaten. In addition to that, ANDREA RO supported me with all her might even though I was unable to speak English. She was kind and courteous even when I made a mistake in my order, and it became a very fond memory for me. I hope that such a wonderful store will open in Japan someday. If I were to start a Japanese corporation, I would want to change jobs."
"Had an enjoyable experience here. Burgers were great! Well seasoned and extra cheesy! Animal style burger & Animal style fries for one and mustard fried with cheese and a cheese fry for the other! Inside was rather full at 4pm on a Thursday, so sat outside. Weather was beautiful! Tables were clean, bathroom was clean."
"The food was delicious. They have the best burgers and fries. (Double double animal style.) The strawberry milkshake was also delicious. The staff were extremely friendly and worked well together. I loved the environment there. It’s a whole vibe! I’ll definitely be back!"
