"I rarely, and I mean RARELY do I offer up a bad review, however I so feel like I must in this instance. The employee was efficient but not particularly friendly, but considering the occupation in a drive thru, not something I really worry about that much. The food, in my case an order of pancakes, was the worst I have ever had. Hard, cold and pretty much tasteless. I love Jack's hashbrowns dearly, so the bad food review extends only to that item. Guess Jack in the Box isn't the place to go for pancakes... I'm sticking to IHOP!"
"Before making an order, I wanted to go to the toilet, to which the employee of the institution replied to me: "first you need to make an order, only after that I can open the toilet for you""
"Great food, somehow slow service compared to other Jack in the Box locations. Even when there's only 1 car in the drive way, I've been asking multiple times to pull ahead and wait in the parking lot. I didn't really order much, just a 2 burgers, fries and a drink. Besides the slower service than usual, staff is very friendly and kind and the restaurant is always clean and presentable to customers."
