"Great place! We ended up having a technical error happen when ordering on their website, so when we went in to clear it up, they were so nice and helpful and even comped us a free meal! The food was delicious and made to order. The chicken was extremely juicy and flavorful and we loved the pickles. Great place overall, would highly recommend!"

"I've been wanting to try Crimson Coward (Nashville Hot Chicken) since its grand opening a few months back, and wish I'd had tried it sooner. This was a taste test, so I ordered the kids meal with medium heat. It came with two pieces of chicken, plenty of fries, a piece of plain bread and spicy dipping sauce. The fries were piping hot and perfectly seasoned, but the chicken was HOT — in every sense of the word. Two huge chicken tenders, lightly breaded, perfectly cooked and juicy. The "medium" heat burns just enough, but doesn't overpower the chicken. The dipping sauce was good, but I felt it masked the flavor of the chicken. It really didn't need it If you can't tell by now, I'm a fan. Next on the list is that chicken sandwich, but they also serve "Snash" burgers too, and nope, that's not a typo. I'll update this review after I try either. The staff was friendly, prices were fair and the place was clean too"

"I really wanted to like this place but sadly I don't think I'll be returning. I came in at the end of October and had to wait almost an hour for 2 combos. We were understanding since the place had just opened, and the manager gave us a coupon to say sorry. Today I tried to redeem the coupon and order ahead so I wont have to wait at the restaurant. I called and was told that I they couldn't start the order until they got the coupon. I understand why they do this, but it's just a bit frustrating because the wait was so incredibly long last time and I don't want to risk that again after a long day of work. The restaurant has a heavy smell of oil which gave me a headache last time and it is very cold and loud inside. I just really didn't want to wait in there again. The food last time was good, so it's not all negative, and the staff is nice; which is why im giving a 2 star instead of a 1. However the wait is just really long, the prices a bit high and the atmosphere not so great. I want to thank the manager for giving us the coupon, but sadly i wont be redeeming it and I think I will be going to a different chicken place in the future."

"Went on Oct 4th because they had an emergency training and were forced to be closed Oct 3rd. Upon entering, there was not much room to stand in even a short line to order. After ordering 4 tenders and some specialty fries, they threw in 2 cups for drinks and some mac and cheese for free. The wait for the food was longer than usual, around 20 minutes. Staff were really friendly and you can tell this guy (manager) was leading the team well, but still you can tell they are still getting used to the new store. TLDR: food is good, staff is nice, wait is slightly longer than expected. Would come back!"
