"To the cooks at this location on 12/16/2023 around 4:30pm. That was the best chicken/food my wife and I have ever had at an El Pollo Loco!"
"This particular El Pollo Loco was terrible. First time I've ever had a bad experience. From the moment we walked in the door. My food, a double pollo bowl was practically non existent. I spoke with who I thought was the manager, she just showed me the scoop they use to dish up the chicken. It was tiny! Not like I've had in the past! The bits and pieces of cold dry chicken was awful! I said it wasn't double, they didn't care! I should've asked for my money back!"
"Woman in the drive-through was very rude asked to buy some tortilla chips for my Pollo bowl. She only gave me five chips in the first bag and then charged me another dollar 09 for the second bag but she filled up properly then tried to call to talk to a manager and can’t get through worst experience ever if I didn’t work next-door, I would never go back, but this is the only a Pollo Loco close shaking my head get better people to open."
