"Been coming here for over 10 years now. Pros. The sushi is amazing. I love their menu and their rolls. Their portions are generous. Cons. What has changed over the years is the wait staff. They are now kids who are kind but clueless & lacking common sense. They forget to check on you and make silly mistakes. They are absorbed by their phones and pay little attention to guests."

"This place is terrible now. It went from being one of the top spots in Orange, to one of the worst. Everything tastes worse. Volcano roll, tuna roles, salmon roles, even the spicy tuna roll. Even worse, they use something like tapatio sauce for the spicy tuna roll instead of chili sauce. Tastes horrible, and I'm a fan of tapatio sauce. Probably got bought out again, and they tried to "reinvent" the menu.."
"So sad, I’ve liked this place before and this last time they wanted me to drive back to give them the roll they messed up… I said no and that I could come in tomorrow. I also offered to send a picture of the roll but the young and nice waitress said she couldn’t go that route. So this review is in hopes that the management changes their customer service attitude, it’s not the waitress’s fault, she’s simply following your rules. I paid a good price for my food, I’ve ordered it before, and I never want any creamy sauce on my food, I don’t expect it when it’s not listed. Your place tried to excuse themselves with “well it’s on the pictures” when your menu off your website doesn’t have pictures next to the rolls (specifically 9 month roll) and simply a description, I can read and nowhere does it say “sauce”. All you had to do was say “sure, come in tomorrow and we’ll give you a roll, sorry about that” I would have ordered more anyway, my husband would have joined me and he would have ate too."
