"The odds I'll get someone who understands me is 1 in 5. If I ask you for the item on the menu and I have to say it 3 times to hear the wrong item repeated back in broken truncated English I'm just going to drive off. I don't have time for this. Don't try to customize an order. It's going to be another 5 minutes trying to explain what you want. Don't order a "new" menu item. They've never heard of it, and have no idea what you're talking about even though it's literally a 3d addition to the menu. I appreciate the attempted upsell to the combo, but if I say "the sandwich only" and you ignore me and ask me if I want the combo, you are pretty annoying. I say, "I'd like 2 grilled chicken classic jack wraps." And you come back with "classic or spicy" "how many?" It's just disrespectful. You don't care, you don't want my business. I get that it's fast food, but that's why you need to be the best. You need to care about excellence, because good GOD I have so many other choices."

"I was in the drive thru on this location for the first time as I was just passing thru after driving for over an hour. (Mgr on duty?) "Faustin" at 4:30pm on January 18, 2024 refused to give me an additional condiment with my order unless I pay 75 cents for a BBQ sauce? He said I was entitled for ONLY one?! This is the only location who is thrifty with their condiments unless this location is hurting financially due to the staff's unfriendliness? I would never go here again nor would I ever recommend it. My sandwich #6 combo was also dry and overcooked. I would like the GM to contact me. Why then would staff ask if I wanted condiments? I even asked for salt which I never received! Employee FAUSTIN needs to be trained on his customer service!"

"My first here was not good, because it took 20 mins of waiting for my order. No explanation and no apology on their part. And recently i went back here because its near to our place, no improvement on customer service. Staffs are not friendly. Not even a short smile and greetings."

"CAPS FOR MY VISION I AM LEGALLY BLIND. I ASKED FOR A RAG TO CLEAN THE STICKEY TABLE AND THE MALE CASHIER TOLD ME "THE LADY JUST CLEANED IT." I TOLD HIM I AM NOT A LIAR, AND THE TABLE IS STICKEY. I THEN ASKED IF IT WAS THAT HARD TO LOAN ME A RAG BECAUSE 3 EMPLOYEES PROCEED TO LOOK AT EACH OTHER AND THEN TO GIVE ME BAD LOOKS. AFTER GETTING PERMISSION FROM CASHIER, THE SAME LADY WENT TO WIPE THE TABLE WHERE MY COFFEE AND CREAMERS WERE SITTING. SHE WAS ACTUALLY GOING TO SPRAY CHEMICALS DIRECTLY ONTO MY DRINK AND THE CREAMERS UNTIL I TOLD HER TO STOP. WHEN I ASKED HER NOT TO SPRAY CHEMICALS ON MY DRINK, SHE GOT UPSET AND SAID SHE WAS GOING TO CLEAN THE TABLE. SHE THEN STARTED SWEEPING DUST AND DIRT EVERYWHERE AND AS PICS SHOW, SHE SWEPT THE FLOOR LEAVING GARBAGE EVERYWHERE. OBVIOUSLY, SHE CLEANS THE TABLES THE SAME WAY. IT WAS JUST A TERRIBLE REMINDER WHY I STOPPED COMING TO THIS LOCATION CLOSEST TO MY HOME AFTER THE FRIENDLIEST HAPPY WORKERS LEFT. THESE NEW EMPLOYEES GOSSIP LOUDLY AND GIVE TERRIBLE LOOKS WHEN ASKING FOR CONDIMENTS THEY SHOULD PROVIDE WITH THE MEAL IN THE FIRST PLACE."
