"Went at like 3am and the young gentleman forgot some stuff in our order- didn't realize it until we drove off- and when we drove around the drive thru again he already had it hot to go, added a little extra and apologized for it."
"The Carl's Jr. location we regularly go to is always clean and the service is quick and friendly. The manager knows us and makes us feel welcome. The food is hot and tasty, and the prices are reasonable compared to other burger restaurants. The restroom is always clean (and very cold!). The self-serve drink machine is convenient since we don't have to have our drinks refilled at the counter anymore."
"Was happy with this location. The price on the board compared to the price I paid was different. I paid $0.90 more than the price advertised. When I got my food...I was missing the fries and my burger was burnt. The store was busy at all so not sure why there was a rush that made my burger burnt and forgetting to give my fries. Not happy...never going back to Carl's in any location again. Nothing positive to say for this location."
