"It no person in charge and also the cashier looks like he doesn't know what to do. I order 2 combos I chicken sandwich small curly fries. They forgot my curly fries a got a mistake with one of the combo. Restrooms always durty."
"The restaurant is dirty and the parking situation is strange. I ordered a double jack clmbo advertised at $5.99, but was charged $8.78 after tax... The bathrooms were not clean and an employee has to buzz you in. The bathroom sinks don't work well, so I hope the employees have a better way of cleaning their hands when they make your food. The food was served hot and was prepared decently enough. My order was correct, albeit my order was the only one being prepped at the time. The soda fountain was broken, so the staff has to fill your drinks. I gave this experience 2 stars because the staff were attentive and friendly. Still, I don't think I will be back to this location unless the glaring mismanagement of the facility is fixed."
"Not sure about atmosphere as i went through drive-thru. If you order the ultimate cheeseburgers make sure you tell them to go easy on the ketchup as i hate the fact that it seems they go a bit overboard on it. You cant enjoy the burger when theres ketchup getting on your face and litterally pouring out of the burger after every bite."
"If I could give this place no stars I would. I went at 9pm and the wait at the drive thru was ridiculous. There was one car in front of us and they took 10 minutes to take our order and the girl was so rude and had no customer service. I was at this location for an HOUR that is beyond ridiculous never coming back."
"During the drive thru. Didn't get any condiments even though I asked. No curly fries even though they charged me for it. Poor burger love, I only got one piece of lettuce. This place is so close to home, but I'm afraid I won't be coming back."
