"I can not rate the food at this location as we were not even able to order. I usually only like to leave nice reviews however this experience was so unnecessary. We arrive to the restaurant that was not very busy however we had to wait 15minutes. The nice hostess had finally seated us and took our drink order once he brought out the drinks he tells us the wait to have our order taken would be 10 minutes. We found this odd but we waited only to have a waiter bring us waters with lemon and states he is leaving its 3pm and our waitress will be over to take our order. I am patient however when I panned the restaurant and saw every table with food while we were still waiting for a waitress to come on shift. This has been the most frustrating experience not only did we not receive the correct drinks nor did the manager want to find out why we were leaving and correct the issue, I read other reviews after this visit and it is apparent that this location lacks customer service and has unfavorable way it treats their patrons. It would serve the franchise owner of this location to actually read these reviews on google and yelp and make changes."
"Newer restaurant. Unless it was just renovated. New fresh clean feel on the inside. Our server was very attentive and nice. He also cracked a joke when serving us the bill. His upbeat attitude was nice and appreciated. The food was good."
"It's a shame I can't remember my waitress name. But he was awesome. If he hadn't told me it was his 1st day there. I wouldn't never know, but he's worked at many restaurant. El charito's ihop, Denny's and now he's at Norm's restaurant and oh by the way his wife is a Raider fan"
"Fun diner experience! Feels new and clean, very nice service. Expect diner level food, not fancy and you will be okay! We ordered Chilaquiles. For my fellow vegans /vegetarians, skip the black beans and eggs and replace it with a loaded hash brown with onions and peppers! Unlimited coffee. My husband ordered this same dishes with eggs and he liked it as well. Lots of food options :)"
