"I have been visiting this restaurant for 10 plus years. Today I was really disappointed. I went there with my daughter and ordered what I usually get. Two popusas, an order taquitos and a beef sope. The woman that took my order was a short with bleached hair. I have seen her there before and so far her customer service was not that great. Today was the second time I ordered from her and for the second time she got my order wrong. I ordered two popusas for my daughter one cheese and chicharon and another with just chicharon. The first time she got our order wrong I did not say anything. She gave my daughter one correct flavor popusa but the other was wrong. When I went to returned it, to let another lady with brunette hair what happened she did not accept it. They replaced it but when I went to pay the lady that messed up my order charged me for it. The sope barely had meat and the beans on it tasted burnt. On top of that, she overcharged me. She took her time and did not even give me my order until I the last shift waitress arrived. She was horrible! I did not do anything to this woman and for no reason she just seemed miserable. Her customer service skills are garbage. Due to this experience I will never come back to this restaurant again. I was so disappointed and insulted by this woman. It is obvious that she hates her job but she does not have to take it out in the customers. I hope the owner opens her eyes and fires her. She is going to be the downfall of this establishment. I will definitely not be coming back here to get robbed and mistreated again."

"Patricia was a sweet waitress. The caldo de pollo was pretty good. They added mint leaves in it which added an extra yumminess to it. The pupusas were decent. A little thin but good."

"I been here a few times. The pupusas are so good. There chicken and beef plates taste home made. And there services is always courteous and friendly. Good spot for a family outing or a date"

"My grandpa lives in LA so we always have him tell us what's good. He was feeling a bit under the weather and we thought soup would be good for him. He chose this spot and got chicken soup and asked for the chicken to be fried and packed so he could eat that later, as it was a lot of food for him. His soup looked good, had lots of veggies. I had a pupusa revuelta and tamal de pollo. The pupusa was excellent, probably one of the best I've had in a long time! For me a great pupusa is one in which the totilla portion is not greasy and the filling is on point. Some places try to gyp you and will add chicharon and cheese but no beans, when it actually should have all 3 items mixed in! The pupusa here was not greasy and the filling was great with stringy cheese! The tamal was okay, a bit dry. The ensalada drink was also very good. Some places make what seems like an artificial mix and add fruit, which I hate. This place makes a fresh juice with natural fruits and the perfect sweetness. I will return next time I'm in the area!"
