"GREAT experience on first order 3/1!! Our order of $100 was prompt as stated on the order page! Shared this experience with at least 5 friends! BUT, today's experience was a TOTAL FAIL. Note: We always tip 10% on takeout orders to support small businesses. Today's 3/3 order of $105 was to be ready at 8pm per the order page. We waited 45 minutes - UNACCEPTABLE and POOR customer service not ready as stated - EGREGIOUS!! I could have cooked a steak dinner in the time my husband waited in a commercial kitchen for our order. ALSO forgot the glass noodle salad and the beef salad. What was an A experience on Friday, was an F today, an F. Unfortunate as the food is delicious. Called the kitchen and the person who answered could only inform me that there was one person cooking and it was not her fault, that I needed to inform the owner. I happen to speak Thai, I stated that their system should NOT indicate when the order was ready if they could not fulfill that commitment. The person informed me they could not change or update the pick up time. Only saving grace is that the food is truly delicious. Maybe one more chance for redemption."

"Got take out from Palmsugar, just two dishes since it was the first time trying it - got chicken pad thai and vegan spicy basil fried rice. Both dishes were amazing, the basil fried rice was honestly 10/10 - had spice, excellent flavor, well cooked. The Pad Thai was also very good. Definitely would recommend and will likely try more of their food."

"Today I am giving a thumbs down to this Thai place. I have been a fan of their soup for a long time and I was always satisfied with their food and the portion of it. But today I ordered the Tom yum soup with carb Rangoon and I have to say I am very disappointed with the portion. They not only raised the price of the soup but also reduced the portion of the soup. This bowl of soup cost me $18! They need to keep in mind that they do not have dine in so they don’t need to serve food to the customers. They could have keep the same portion of the soup and push up the price and that I totally get it. I could have gone to somewhere else and eat at the restaurant and pay less than this! Never going back."

"Poor food quality. Other restaurants servers bigger portions with in these prices. This kitchen was our go to restaurant but now they increased their prices and made the portions very small. Will not be going there again. The Thai Tom yum soup was not authentic and we only got 3 shrimps in the whole soup where they charges $4 extra fillers for it. Definitely not worth your money."

"The BOMB!!! A Ghost kitchen? Yes. This was our first time trying a ghost kitchen. What is a Ghost Kitchen you might ask Not a restaurant no place to sit. It’s usually cooks that rent a space in a or existing building for the sole purpose of cooking and selling. So it’s take out essentially. But the locations can be unexpectedly unfamiliar to that of regular eateries. Now that we have that out of the way. OMG!!! What an exciting experience for my tastebuds. We ordered two pad thai one with chicken and the other with shrimp. One order of Basil chicken wings, Mango sticky rice and thai tea. The portions are generous and one order can be shares amongst two people. It was kind of pricey I would say for take out. The food was fresh tasty delicious! Wings crispy and flavorful. You can pick your level of heat. I love that the orders of pad thai already came with a side of pepper flakes and a wedge of lime. Didn’t have to ask!! We would definitely go again. No pics of the wings. We ate those babies right up. Oh. It is kind of in what some might consider the “hood”. Just pretend you’re on the movie Friday as you drive down Crenshaw then Florence Ave. or pass up Inglewood High. You won’t be disappointed!!"
