"I was in the drive-through for over 25 minutes. it wasn't even that busy. I had only ordered two things and the point of a drive-through is for quick service. I would've gone inside but I know that from previous experiences it takes up to 35 minutes for your order to be ready inside the store. As a result, I was late for where I needed to go due to this slow service. Very disappointed."
