"Ok…. My buddy and I get into drive through and over the course of our ordering we were told 4 times “sorry, we’re out of that”. What??? When we asked this woman why they were out of so many things her answer was, “I don’t know”. No attempt to find out either. THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH WORK ETHIC AND EMPLOYERS/EMPLOYEES THESE DAYS. No one cares about jack squat."
"Breakfast Jack was ok with bacon, it's better with ham. The Potato Logs were delicious and the breaded, fried Chicken sandwich was delicious! First time we tried it and it was delicious! Crunchy and flavorful! Definitely a must-buy entrée for future visits there."
"I ordered a side salad for 2.39 , I get to the window and she says it’s 2.97, I said, why is it so much…it says 2.39 on your menu? She says I don’t know… tax. In California tax is about 10 cents to a dollar. I told her that is too much and then I said I will not be buying anything today and I drove off. I have been going to that Jack in the box for over 45 years. I don’t plan on ever going back again. They are ripping off people with all these extra fees that even the employee didn’t know of. Bye Bye, Jack-in-the-Box!"
"I have been coming here forever as it is the closest jack in the box to me. That will change now or I’ll just head over to McDonald’s. I ordered two tacos and a burger combo and asked for an extra sauce I was given two which I had to ask for. The lady said they charge 10c a sauce. Never have I had them tell me this before."
"Drive thru, requested chicken fajita pita without chk. Add tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, & grilled onions. Easy to make right? Pita was hard, wasn’t edible & No grilled onions, big tomatoes, & a end of iceberg lettuce. Where’s the green leaf?. Very dissatisfied!. Called a few times to speak w manager to No avail.. requesting my money back. JIB#152 @1141-1218 Spoke w a female manager approximately 1427 @ location, she offered no apologies, her response was that the pita is pre made & that they’re short staff.. ooops!! Manager clearly needs management training!"
