"I don't like having to use a machine to place my order and...it creates a crowd of people trying to use the machine to place their orders. Many customers are walking out because of this. My first public job was at McDonald's in Manassas Virginia in 1967. It was a job through my distributive education program at my highschool. I've been a very loyal customer since then. For at least the last 10 years, I spend well over 400.00 per month. Since the machines have taken over I've spent 0, Zero! Thank you McDonald's for nearly 58 years of Friendly service! "I love this McDonald's not only is it my nearest one, but the staff from the managers all the way down to the people that make the food and clean the facility are always so nice and welcoming they keep the store spotless and keep the lines moving along quickly."
"One of the worst McDonald’s. Some of the employees don’t speak or even understand English l. My soda is never filled to the top. Fries are always cold and spilled over in the bag. Managers are rude ash when you ask them to fix your order. Sad how this location always gets something wrong"
"This is my local McDonald's, the quality is usually decent. However, they make the driest chicken sandwiches out of all of the locations in LA... The McCrispy was hard, chewy and the color was off like the oil was old or something. I used the mobile app which helped with the price, but it wasn't worth it in the end."
"It feels like 1980s when u step into this mcdonalds with the retro lettering and art on its walls and a bowling-alley/underground NY subway feel to its dining space. Close your eyes and if you are close to the restrooms it'll almost feel like you're there because the scent of piss can be overwhelming."
