"Worst fish tacos I've had in my life. Fish was about the size and shape of a pencil, with heavy breading around it. You can get better quality frozen fish sticks at Walmart. They covered the fish with a big pile of cabbage chunks and shredded cheese. Crazy that they charge $5 for each one of the fish tacos. They aren't even worth $1."

"I always get the jacks combo with battered fish and soft shell with double whole beans. So delicious. Plenty of food and it comes with chips. Don't forget the shack sauce cause it's got to die for flavor. The cinnamon sugar chips are fantastic too although I don't get these every single time because they're purely addicting."

The space is nice and open, the food is great, and the staff is swell. Parking may be a struggle at peak hours, but it is worth the effort if you make it out this way."

This is where I bring all my friends who come from out of town. The primary reason: fish tacos! The fish tacos are amazing. If you’ve never come here make sure you try the fish tacos. I highly encourage you to get them battered. With the crispy shell. Let’s be honest we’re not coming here because we’re counting calories, we’re coming here because we want fish tacos. No I want to be clear. I other things here than fish tacos. I also really enjoy the chili Verde burrito. I like to get it without a tortilla. The chips here are amazing. They have a lot of salsa options. Right now you have to request what you want but that’s OK the staff is really friendly. Right now you can only eat outside but that’s OK it’s in Ventura you’ll enjoy it."

"Good food and good music. This place seems to be busy all of the time. Haven't had anything that we didn't like. The portions are good sized as well! The crunchy tacos were a little softer than I like, but the flavors are there, so it's not even a complaint."
