"We visited the Strand Bar & Grill last Sunday evening for dinner. It may not look like much from the outside. But when we walked in, the restaurant is open, spacious and inviting. The server was very kind and responsive. For an appetizer, we had the rib tips. It was a very large portion of absolutely delicious, tender rib meat. I will definitely get this again. It is a meal in itself. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs for the main course. I am picky when it comes to meatballs. It seems many places put too much of something in the meatballs. Not here! The meatballs were probably the best meatballs I have ever had. Finally, if you really want an amazing experience, leave room for the bread pudding. There is plenty to share and it truly is a delight. It is something you have to try. The Strand Bar & Grill is a fantastic place to go and relax and enjoy an amazing dinner."

"Went for brunch on Sunday and it was not good. There were shells in the omelet and the eggs Benedict was overcooked with a terrible hollandaise sauce. The bloody mary and mimosa was great."
