"Our oven went out . A code that said F9 showed up . I checked this on YouTube and it said we needed to put a new part in . I called Scott and he showed up the next day right on time . He did his thing without pulling the stove out . It took him about 15 minutes to fix the problem . No new parts , no trying to sell me something I didn’t need , no humming and hawing , just knew exactly what he was doing . Highly recommend Scott …..Also very personable…."

"Our freezer went on the fritz last night. Everything was starting to melt, so we packed the freezer with dry ice. We started looking for a new unit which was going to cost about $1200 + tax and delivery. Also the appliance stores have been so hard hit by supply chain issues, etc. we were looking at 2 months to get what we wanted. I called Scott at 7:30am and he called back before 9:00am, he was already working. I told him my problem, gave him my model number and age of the unit. He was able to diagnose the problem while he had me on the phone. He located the part in Sacramento and the part was delivered--same day. Scott was here before 3 and done and gone by 3:30. We are grateful for the excellent service and his understanding our situation. The bill was exactly as agreed upon this morning. Thank you so much!"
