"Upon ordering the service was absolutely rude. When I git my food it was flat instead of like a steak grilled cheese burrito, the tortilla was heavily burnt and the meat tasted warm as if it had been sitting there for a long time."

"I live TB but the service has always been inconsistent. The kiosk let's you customize the order but don't expect it to be what you paid for. The "extra" sour cream, cheese, meat never results in extra anything. It's just a way to raise the price. The food preparation doesn't match the order. Ever."
"UPDATE! Went back 1 more time. Still nasty. This is honestly one of the most disgusting public places I've ever been inside. The public bathrooms at Venice beach are almost cleaner than this gross establishment. If you ever want to eat here, just go inside, you'll likely quickly change your mind."
