"If I could give no stars trust me I would. I ordered a steak bagel on McGriddle bun and they gave me a bacon and egg McGriddle. I went back told them what I ordered they replaced it with a steak and egg bagel no cheese with some sauce. I mean its elementary instructions. Damn"

"Got a sausage egg McMuffin and first bite I took the egg was undercooked as if they rushed it to get the order done, as well as chicken mcgriddle bread on top side was overcooked and the bottom was undercooked. Never coming here again."

"service it’s self was fine. i get home to enjoy my food and they didn’t put any salt on the fries, whatever. i also asked for extra mac sauce on my burger and they overloaded it to the point where it’s falling apart because there’s so much. really makes the meal look disgusting. save yourself time and money and go to the location on ventura ave. they charge less for the food there and don’t seem to destroy the food like this location seems to do most of time i come."
