"The food, service and atmosphere was wonderful. We went out with some friends and 3 children and I loved that they were able to put us in a backroom so that we didn't feel like the kids were disturbing others. The food was delicious, and although it did not seem like a massive portion compared the Black Bear Diner, it was very filling and the Santa Fe Scramble left me wanting a nap afterwards. Although I do wish they included a little more salsa with it."

"We ordered items from the menu and we did not get what was on the menu, we also did not get what we ordered. Disappointed because I was excited to try a new place. My waffle tasted stale, I am wondering if the batter was old? Not sure The other person I was with ordered a patty melt and the got a hamburger patty with a little cheese and raw onions. The food had little to no flavor. Please work on improving this place. Thank you"
"Update: 11/23/19: Second chance! Still disappointing :( felt bad for the only 1 person serving, that causes her to be rushed and come across as not friendly. My bacon was cold and they brought me another serving of bacon, which clearly was just through back in the pan or microwave to be warmed up, so I thought. But we were told they throw it in the deep fryer? Say what? Even Waffle House make their bacon from scratch, fresh for each serving. It was tough and tasted horrible. The nice woman did offer to take it off the bill. There are just too many other places around that offer spectacular food, friendly service. I think they should talk to the chef Carlos about his cooking :) Nice place, great food but the service very slow. We were without coffee for a good 15 to 20min. I will be back to see if the slow service was not just because of the holiday today.!"
"This place was delicious, clean and the pricing is just right. We had a party of at least 25 so we had to reserve a room towards the back to accommodate us all. It was a very comfortable setting. The server Julie did an amazing job in serving us all. I always end up wasting a lot of food when I go to other breakfast places, which I hate, but at Window Box, the portion was just right. This place is small but I absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend."
