"Disappointing Service Had a disappointing experience at Advance Auto Parts. Wasn't informed about a 15% restocking fee or the benefits of creating an account for a $5 discount and additional savings on a $100+ purchase. Missed out on savings due to poor communication. Hope this feedback leads to improved service. Definitely going back to AutoZone. Two stars just for the lady working there"
"Setting the scene: Starter goes out on my truck and I’m 108 miles away from my mechanic. Take it to the local shop and price seemed high. Enter, stage left, right on que, Ashley. Obviously cast for her patience, smarts and determination to figure out what the heck I am talking about, she plays her role flawlessly; customer service at Advance Auto / Angel in disguise. This heroine managed to help me find the right part, get an additional discount by buying it online, and when it didn’t show properly on her system, made it happen anyway… a miracle. Needless to say, rave reviews. See her before she becomes a huge star!"
