"Came to this store on the way home from work. It was on a holiday weekend shortly after they opened for the day. I needed a tire plug kit, which was easy to find. The store is clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would come again if I needed something from here on the way home."
"Typical auto parts store. I chose to look up my own parts online with part numbers before going in. Staffing is an issue here. I felt bad for the 1 person left alone working there. Had a line full of customers and he had to answer phones at same time. Typical for these stores but must be frustrating being the only one looking up parts, phones, cash register at same time. Went back in after replacing head light to throw away old one. Another guy was there and looked like he just woke up. I asked him if I could throw this away and he said "I don't know know, well I don't think so." What kind of answer is that? They had a trash can outside and I disposed of the bulb there in front of him."
"One of the better stores. Employees at the counter are young and really not parts sales more like cashier's. But they learning and are helpful and friendly. Clean store."
"Came in to get the check engine light checked since they advertise it. Gentlemen said their OBD tool was stolen. Didn't have an ETA when they would get a new one. You can tell he seemed relieved not having one and could care less about getting it replenished."
"I came here because I was in need of a few items for my car. The store and shelves were neat and clean. I was able to locate the item I was looking for to purchase. Though the employee was assisting another customer at the time of my entry, he still inquired if he could assist with a quick question or two."
