"So not only did I try to do it online application like everybody else in the world November 27 for the Escondido Rent-A-Center branch when I picked my items not only did they delay me for six weeks never called back when I try to call him didn't answer. My car gave me the runaround for six weeks when I had to call the district manager. Still waiting for that call still never got a project to this day so then I try to Vista location. I did everything online I got approved I ordered my items call the people did everything online to all I am is waiting for the store to deliver my product. Not only did they not deliver the product. They said they weren't going to on Thursday. I called him just right now today to tell him where is my product? Why have anybody call me or email me if they trying to lie to me and say they call me an email me I still need to show ID and I told him already did it on the phone and I talk to a guy who told me they're going to deliver my product on Thursday so now this is two stores two months I order everything online that says 1 to 3 days and when I sent you to the stores this is the real employees that you get is disgusting and horrible business and the guy just hung up on me after all that hung up on me so this is a Escondido Branch The, Vista Branch. They are disgusting and a horrible in business when all I did was order my stuff online pay for it and never got my product only got attitude, horrible business and hung up On ."
