"The Service is top notch! All employees are knowledgeable, pleasant, observant and willing to help. The questions I have. They are more for the corporate executive officers. Such as: why do you feel it is ok to make such a noticeable reduction in the quality of your blue jeans. Your 501's are just 1 specific example the material is thinner and absolutely much less durable in comparison to what they once were just 20 or so years ago. There was a time when Levi's were the ONLY brand I wore. This is no longer the case... I suppose that loyalty has gone by the wayside even for a great American name such as Levi's...."

"Disappointed in selection available in my size and my wife's size. We are average size people 33x32 for me and 8 Short for my wife. Plenty of "large" sizes and "skinny Minnie sizes on the shelf which apparently people aren't buying. Disappointed to say the least."

"My daughter liked this place, bought a cute hoodie. The fitting rooms were closed, though, and they said it was due to lack of employees. But we saw 2 employees just standing around talking to each other, so not sure what their job was. Meanwhile, there was only one employee doing checkout and another running around the store helping customers."
