"Long line and only one of the four self checkouts open. Told the cashier they needed to open more and she kindly informed me they were only allowed one register open per employer. As much as I hated waiting in line, I can see why home Depot is doing this. Crminials ruining everything for the rest of us."

"Wanted to buy some plywood and have it cut down to a 1x2 ft segment. Their policy says no cuts less than 1 ft but when I asked they told me they can't even cut "precut" boards. My only option was to buy a full size sheet 8ft plywood and cut it down to 1x2 instead a 2x2 and having it cut into 2 1x2 pieces. What a joke and a waste of wood."

"The other day I was helped by a beautiful young lady named Diana in the flooring department she answered all me and my husbands questions about different types of flooring options and also made it really easy to communicate with me and my husband as my husband does not speak English very well he is A Spanish speaker but her customer service was amazing over the roof I wish I could get this type of customer everywhere I go she sat down with us for over an hour very patient young lady and sweet we made are purchase with her and are very happy and are looking forward to are new tile will definitely be back to make purchase with her in the future :)"

"This review has to do with the Kids Workshop. We registered our son weeks in advance for the Gingerbread House Workshop, thinking we were guaranteed a set for him to build. Our son was very excited to be able to make something for Christmas and show the whole family. We get to the Workshop during the time window that the workshop was open and they gave our sons Gingerbread House away to kids who weren't registered. He was devastated and sad that he wasn't able to make something for Christmas. Why have us register for the Workshop if you give our kits away? That makes zero sense. Lowes doesn't not do that. If you register with them, then you are guaranteed a kit for your child as long as you show up within your time window. Terrible planning on The Home Depots part."

"Terrible Customer service. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE They will LOSE YOUR ITEM PURCHASE not deliver the item, and not give any updates. Then they will make you wait on the phone for HOURS I am currently waiting in store, on the phone wasting my time. Huge inconvenience. Give me my product, or give me my money back. Its been WEEKS GROSS"
