"Michael and staff are great. I traveled from Chino to come to this Oreck shop. Came in to have my vacuum serviced but decided to trade it in and upgrade it. Really happy I did. Michael took good care of me. He is extremely knowledgeable and his service is outstanding. Very nice guy. Super friendly. He did not push me or try to upsell me. Really pleased with my purchase and the service I was provided. I will be bringing my vacuum back in for the routine services. Thank you Michael. Great store and experience."
"Bissell's customer service reps directed me to this repair shop to get my steam mop fixed. Mike, the owner, was not only extremely insightful about the issue I had presented to him- but he even educated me on how I could possibly prevent it from happening again. I had shared w him that I clean houses so I very much appreciated that advice bc it made me feel like he wasn’t just trying to make $$$ off of me - instead actually wanting to help me. Plus his store had a vacuum I’ve had my eye on since it dropped online& his pricing was over $100 cheaper! I will definitely be returning for any future needs. && in all honesty his customer service was way better than Bissell’s lol"

"The employees are so helpful and professional but most importantly honest and trustworthy. I took my vacuum in for a clog , so I thought and while I waited for the estimate he said nothing was wrong with it , I just had the filter not installed correctly which was not allowing it to suction. And sent me home with an extra bag he had on hand. When I got a lamp repaired there several months earlier he fixed it and told me I owe less than originally quoted because of his creativity he was able to fix it a faster way and the lamp still works great. I highly recommend this vac shop"
