"ANSWER to your comment: Well please don't do it because I found no discounted items, I don't see what the point of promoting discounted items is if you will take them all off. Original comment: I noticed the workers collecting most of the items with the discounted color, and this is not the first time I have seen this happen at this same location. My opinion is that this is very unethical and dishonest of goodwill if it allows its staff to do this. We try to help you guys for a cause and in turn you are overpricing items and, based on what I saw, hiding discounted items. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED, please stop doing this it's really not fair to customers."

"One of the guys at the donation drop off here was a little rude and giving attitude. Recently, one of the things I was about to donate was a bag of wrapping paper. He says “That one is a no. No one’s gonna walk into this store and be like ‘Where’s the ripped up and smushed up wrapping paper.’ ” First of all, they weren’t even that bad. You can still use the paper. I wouldn’t have tried to donate them if they were that bad. He didn’t even look much into it; he just glanced at them. Second, as someone who used to work at Goodwill (the one near Beach Blvd and Ellis 2018-2020), I wouldn’t have said it like that if I had to decline an item. I would have said something like “We’re not able to accept the wrapping paper, since it’s been used, we’ve been told by management. Sorry about that,” etc."

"Found a couple of good items worth buying at this location. The store is a little smaller, but found that the selection was way better as far as clothes and homeware. I'm definitely coming back to this location soon"
