"If you have any allergies do not come here. They are simply lazy and not willing to accommodate. When I told our server that I have a nut allergy and asked if she could tell the kitchen to be careful of cross contamination she said that it would be to much for the chef to clean where my food would be prepared. I asked if it was possible to prepare my food in a different area or use a piece of parchment on the contaminated area, at this point she told me no. This made me fairly embarrassed so I said that I would not like what I had ordered. I have worked in kitchen before and I do understand that it can be hectic. However, we would never refuse to clean an area if it was requested. I understand that they can’t insure that there will be no cross contamination. And that things happen, but they were not willing to accommodate at all."

"Was passing through Ramona and randomly found this place. Steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. All of the sides were delicious as well. Wish this place was closer to home so we could visit more often."

"Maybe, just maybe the best place to dine in Ramona. Steak was done done just how I wanted it. You know, sometimes the steak comes out a little overcooked, or the fat is way under cooked on the steak. The Barn got it done right. Great steak. Veggies and mashed potatoes on the side were done very well. Great seasoning and flavor across the plate. The ribeye steak plate is enough to share. We split it and felt very satisfied, and even got desert. Get the cheesecake, with the strawberries and strawberry drizzle all over... my goodness, I'm so happy we split the steak dinner. Now, yes, we did have drinks before dinner, and they were spot on. The bourbon margarita, so good I got a 2nd. The service was just great. We waited a bit for drinks, but the server kept us updated, and she was so nice. Great place for a good time. The only reason The Barn is getting a 4 is because they had oysters on the menu, and they didn't have them. Still had a great time. I'm definitely going back. See y'all next time."

"Really cool place to visit! There's live music and dancing on Saturdays, a full dinner menu up until a certain time (9pm, I think), then yummy bar munchies are offered. The atmosphere/decor is really nice. We had a great time and enjoyed our bar bites!"
