"I love this Panera! It's bright and clean inside. The staff is super nice and helpful. The other night, I dropped my drink accidentally (I am SO sorry!) but the staff was super nice about it and replaced my drink quickly and started to clean the mess right away. I felt so bad and embarrased! Thank you for being so nice about it, not mean. I completely understand it's not fun to clean up someone else's mess. AND, it's so hard to find nice customer service nowadays... especially here in Southern Cali. This made me feel SO good!"
"The food was given promptly and it was delicious. The southwest salad had lots of avocado and chicken and most importantly the dressing. The Mac and cheese was hot and very good also my turkey bravo sandwich had a lot of turkey and the sauce."

"Brand new Panera on San Marcos Blvd! It has a huge parking lot, EV chargers, and it's super nice and bright inside! Very clean and well-stocked with tons of pastries, on top of their normal foods. So delicious! We ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt meal, and another to go!"
"I like this Panera Bread location. The staff is very friendly and keeps the place tidy. The food is well prepared and done at a good pace. On a busy lunch, the most I've waited is 10 minutes. The food is tasty, and the portions are good."
