"I would’ve given no stars at all if possible, I don’t know how this place is still in business after all of these bad reviews. My Father in law bought a washing machine from this store. He set it up and my mother in law put a load to wash and it did wash the first load. 2nd load of clothes, it stopped working. Called to get it fixed and they didn’t show up. They’ve been ignoring our calls since they know it’s our number."

"I purchased my refrigerator in November of 2022 the 22nd to be specific. On the 23rd i had to call for them to send out a technician this was couple days before thanksgiving they didnt send one out until after thanksgiving. The first thing he asked was how long after we bought the fridge did we plug it in. We responded 4 hours later. He then proceeded to say that the freon in the back wasnt settled so we unplugged the fridge to make it 'settle' so it would get cold. We noticed that the freezer wasnt getting cold and the top was always room temp. The temperature would not set in the front and all our groceries that we just purchased spoiled. So i called them again. This time they claimed that it is out of warranty. Ellie was the one that answered the phone when my sister called and hung up the phone and blocked out numbers from calling them. I went up to the store and had to get police involved. The owner or manger Marisol is rude and all her employees are rude. The cop tried asking them how they can help me and they told him they dont want to without reasoning without hesitation they just didnt want to. They called the cops saying that two 'black' females were causing problems in their store and didnt want to leave when in all honesty my sister and I were waiting for the police to arrive. They are some scammers that sits behind their warranty and exchange policy and uses it against their customers. I do not recommend buying any of your household appliances at this place. They are all faulty to include their customer service."

"I would have given 0 stars or even Negative stars. Worst place ever, my refrigerator stopped working and we wanted to exchange it but they insisted they could fix it, they took it for 3 weeks and it still doesn't work and now they are saying the warranty has expired. They are scammers."

"Complete fraud! This place is only interested in taking your money!! Bought the fridge shown below and the same day we got it delivered we noticed that it does not work properly. The freezer side only cools to 10 degrees F and the refrigerator side only cools to 53 degrees F. Went back the next day to ask for a replacement or my money back and they were so rude. Especially the employee Maria, she has a terrible attitude and wasn’t helpful at all. Still haven’t gotten my money back or a replacement! They are a SCAM!!"
