"If you want the absolute worst customer service on the planet please call and ask for Elizabeth. I called to get my dryer repaired for the 2nd time in the past couple of months. This woman was extremely rude from the beginning. I asked if Danielle was there and she said NO! I asked if she could help me. She said NO! After I tried to explain I needed repairs she then put me on hold, found my order and came back with the same crappy attitude. Someone clearly pissed in her cereal. I could tell she was having a bad day so I took a breath and tried again to explain I just wanted to setup a repair time. She didn't have the previous repairs in her notes. I simply said the notes must be incorrect as we did have the dryer repaired. She then YELLED AT ME "OUR NOTES ARE NEVER INCORRECT!" I tried to say calmly that something was incorrect as I know the dryer was repaired. SHE KEPT YELLING! Then hung up on me. I tried to call back and each time she picked up the phone and hung it up again and again. I suppose this company is higher than God if she doesn't feel like they could have made a mistake. Maybe they did, maybe they didn't. Regardless of who's right or wrong... I'm the customer trying to get service. We could have tried to figure out the issue but she wasn't having it. Such a disappointment!"
