They immediately read the code, explained it was NOT urgent, that I could drive the car in the meantime, and ordered the part. A few days later, they installed it in less than 2 hours. "Pretty upset with my experience from yesterday, it’s not the first time they do something like this to my vehicle yet every time I decide to go back and give them another try since I genuinely love the customer service there but I’m unsure about there being a next time for me. When picking up my car yesterday my I realized something wasn’t right then I pull over and see this. What upsets me is how unprofessional this is how do you just forget to bolt it back up? Mind you they did this same exact thing to my other vehicle so I’m unsure if this is a regular thing for them. I left a voicemail and will be going back to get it fixed, was so upset that this wasn’t my first or second problem with them, it’s the third inconvenience I experienced with them which sucks because I’ve been a customer for many years. These are both vehicles I’ve had serviced there last month and just yesterday."
