"First of all if there was an option for 0 stars I would happily give this location exactly that. I walked into this location and immediately realized how disgusting the lobby was and especially behind where the drink were made. I asked the barista if my drink can be remade because i found a fly in my drink. The barista was more than happy to replace my order. While I was waiting, I seen that a woman with a black apron was talking to a few of her employees with attitude and i can see how their moods changed after the comments made to them. I will no longer be stepping into this Starbucks location. I hope the baristas know that they are doing amazing and maybe a change in management will help."
