"I normally LOVE this place. I stop by every other morning but after this mornings quick stop, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I stopped for my usual ice coffee and muffin, did not pay too much attention to what was given to me until I got to work and settled in. Before opening my muffin I noticed a hole in the packaging and what appears to be pieces of the muffin eaten. I called and spoke with whoever was working (refused to give me a name) and they rudely denied that they had any sort of rodent problem and hung up on me and let my phone call contentiously ring when I tried to call back. I normally wouldn't care to write a review but the service I received during that call was enough for me to warn others to stay away from this place as it is clear they have unwanted critters in their facility."
