"I purchased a hot soy latte on 12/31/22 at 2PM. It was busy and I waited 20 min. By then I realized that customers who ordered after me were being served, so I told the cashier. Finally I was given my beverage but without protection for the hot cup. Now my finger is burnt. I’m at home with a burnt finger. The young man was highly negligent in completing my order and providing protection for the hot cup. I think I should return to the store and speak to the servers for mismanaging their responsibility, but that just further makes me the victim.( Loss of time and gas.) Who owns this Starbucks??"
"Typical Starbucks fashion the coffee was good, the employees had a little bit of an attitude but, for the most part we're pretty friendly it might have just been a bad day. Prices could be lower. Inflation and covid have really upped the price unfortunately."
